We tried the Apple Porkchop (purple sweet pototo mash + quinoa salad + sous-vide egg) and Honey Paprika Chicken Chop (grilled baby corn + mushroom medallions + sous-vide egg).
Overall the meat were well cooked and the food creative combination are nice and tasty. As the food seems to be on the healthier side Do not expect the usual coffee shop western food taste as Silly Western has their own style of taste.
Those who wanted to try western food with those healthy side dishes can try them at Chinatown Complex.
