Good for Hokkien Mee lovers to explore. Be prepared to queue for your Hainanese Fried Hokkien Mee (HKM) when you are at Golden Mile Hawker centre. This is a must eat when you are here. While there are many different kinds of HKM found in Singapore, this stall’s HKM is on the dry side.
They used the thin beehoon, yellow noodle, prawns, squid and egg, which were cook perfectly and the soup stock was absorbed into the ingredients, enhancing the dish’s taste. Don’t miss out on the chill too, it makes the noodles even more flavourful.
As their portions are quite small, so you should get the $5 plate
