Minced Meat Noodle (Sim Lim Square Food Court)
I ordered the $4 minced meat noodle + $1 dumpling soups.
The portions given are so generous and the ingredients are mushrooms, fishball, fishcake, fried wanton, minced meat, bean sprouts, abalone. Of course there is only one piece of abalone just for the $4 bowl. The fishcake is thick, the bean sprouts is crunchy and abalone is fresh too.
For the soup dumplings they are also in good portion with crunchy water chestnut.
Not forgetting the fried pork lard too very crispy and nice.
Overall it is value for money and filling.
