Biggest Ramen Chain in Singapore, Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King Four Seasons (Bugis) is a restaurant which allow customers to fully customised ramen such that
Step1: Choose the Ramen
Step2: Choose the Topping
Step3: Choose the taste of the soup, how much chicken oil and your noodle texture
Step4: Which ingredient you want to opt out
Furthermore, there are also free flow of marinated beansprouts and hard boiled eggs where you can have them while waiting for the Ramen.
The Ramen broth was thick and rich as I wanted to be come flavorful and intensity. For the price you pay it it definitely worth to try such comforting bowl of Ramen as the noodle is springy and firm and the lean meat was so soft tender. The texture was satisfyingly well together because of the broth with every mouthful.
Tried the recommended Green tea cola, nothing to shout about just refreshing.
