They taste very different from Singapore Bak Kut Teh(BKT) as the broth was taste with the pork meat goodness and other ingredient such as crispy beancurd skin and Enoki Mushroom loaded in it which made the broth extremely rich in flavours. The Bak Kut Teh were prepared using charcoal fire which made it even more flavorful and nice.
Be sure also to order the Braised pork trotter as it had a tender texture was just nice for me. I would usually drizzle the sauce my rice and eat it together with the pork trotter and BKT.
