Yan Ji Seafood Soup

The famous Yan Ji Seafood Soup @ woodlands.
This seafood soup is the real deal. We ordered the Seafood Soup, Crayfish Seafood Soup and Braised Pig’s Trotter.

Seafood Soup
The prawns were very fresh and cooked just right and the shells can be peeled of easily. There were also big chunk of minced pork which were very appetizing and tasty. The thick slices of dory fish were also tender and nice. The broth is sweet and flavoury with seafood, fish and pork bones which makes the soup more robust and intense.

Crayfish Seafood Soup
This bowl of soup have the same ingredient as the normal seafood soup just with additional crayfish. The broth for this is sweeter than the seafood soup.

The broth was very tasty which you will yearned for more but sadly their seafood soup you cannot ask for a refill as they will said it will taste differently

Braised Pig’s Trotter
They also served Braised Pig’s trotter it was also good but their seafood soup is the best !
