A stall at the corner at Jalan Besar food centre selling Cantonese/Hong Kong Roasted Meat which they serve BBQ pork, roast duck and roast pork with rice or noodle.
An expected taste of the roasted duck from this stall although it looks very decent and the price too.
The roast duck skin was not crispy but underneath the duck skin still have little fats and the moment you bite it the roast duck fat, skin, meat and gravy all blends well.
Oh yah the duck meat is thick too.
